How to request account deletion for MediGuide
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please email our support team directly.
- Send an email to support@mediguide.techozon.com
- Send it from the email address registered with your account.
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
We will process your request and securely delete your data within 30 days.
What data will be permanently deleted?
Account Profile
Your name, email address, user ID, profile avatar, and authentication credentials.
Medication History
All recorded prescriptions, dosage logs, reminder schedules, and inventory tracking.
Health Insights
Health condition profiles, symptom logs, allergy records, and interaction alerts.
Session & Cloud Storage
All cloud backups, device associations, and private database entries on our servers.
