These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the MediGuide mobile application (“App”), operated for providing medicine information, health insights, and medication management support. By accessing or using the App, the user agrees to comply with these Terms.
By logging in through Google or Apple authentication, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions and agrees to the Privacy Policy.
MediGuide is an informational and support application only. It does NOT provide medical diagnosis, replace doctors/pharmacists, or offer emergency medical services. Users must always consult a qualified doctor before making medical decisions.
Users are responsible for maintaining secure access through Google/Apple accounts and ensuring accurate health data. The system automatically creates accounts on first login and does not store passwords.
Users agree to use MediGuide only for viewing medicine information, managing personal reminders, and educational purposes. Users must NOT misuse the app for illegal activities or hacking.
All medicine data provided is for informational purposes only and may be updated. The application does not guarantee complete accuracy of drug interactions or real-time availability.
MediGuide and its developers are not liable for incorrect interpretation of medical information or health issues arising from misuse of the application. Users assume full responsibility.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise required by international regulations.
